Split Shipments
In some cases where an order consists of multiple items, we reserve the right to divide the shipment into separate portions to expedite order processing. Rest assured, no extra charges will be applied for this service.
Cancellations
If, for any reason, we are unable to ship or fulfill your order, we will promptly inform you via email or text message, notifying you of the cancellation. Once a shipment has been dispatched, unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order.
